IDEA is excited to be bringing back its IDEAfest event series in 2024 with our first event being held on January 25 at 6pm. IDEAfest is an opportunity for dedicated volunteers and board members to come together and discuss current work they are doing tied to the organization's various activities and initiatives.
The first event is open to any members that are looking to join a working group or committee to volunteer. The event will include presentations tied to IDEA’s advocacy initiatives, communications work, and educational and event programming. In addition to this, the City of Edmonton will be joining to provide a brief presentation on the impacts of the new zoning bylaw to permitting and rezoning processes. After the presentation, attendees can enjoy casual networking. Thank you IDEA member, Trail Appliances, for providing your gorgeous showroom to host this event. Attendees are in for a treat.
