IDEA is thrilled to announce an incredible addition to our educational programming in 2024 - Canada ICI's Multifamily Infill Finance Lab. Curated by Canada ICI and facilitated through IDEA, this initiative aims to elevate members' knowledge on financing infill development projects. The workshop consists of a single 4 hour group session with a post-workshop pro forma and project analysis provided by Canada ICI. This workshop is made available for our members on a bimonthly basis.

Pilot to be 4-6 people on February 20 from 9:00am to 1:00pm; consequent workshops will be based on demand and scheduled to allow timing for Spring projects, and ensure strong attendance. The workshop will be held at Canada ICI’s offices located in Stantec Tower, 10220 103 Ave NW Suite 1910. Eligibility: This workshop is targeted towards Tier 3 Developer Members with testable projects.
